“Why should I hire a board certified lawyer?
The simpler answer to that question is the experience. In order to become a board certified lawyer, an attorney has to show that they have a certain expertise, a certain number of trials in a courtroom, appearances either in a jury trial or an appeal, and also a vast amount of continuing legal education, that are all related to the specific area where they’re getting that board certification. By hiring a board-certified lawyer, you know that you get someone who has the experience and the knowledge in that particular area of the law.
